GMV and Innova IRV sign collaboration agreement at Transfiere

With this signature, both entities commit to strengthen and promote mutual cooperation in innovation and technological development.

As a benchmark technology-transfer company, GMV is also taking part in this new edition of this event, sharing its experience in innovation and technology-transfer projects

The technology multinational GMV and the Ricardo Valle Innovation Institute Innova-IRV – Instituto Ricardo Valle de innovación (localhost/nada/innn/innova/) have today, Thursday 21 March, signed a collaboration agreement within the framework of the European Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation, Transfiere, held in Malaga, where GMV is also taking part in its work program. GMV's general manager of Secure e-Solutions, Luis Fernando Álvarez Gascón, and the general manager of Innova IRV, José Manuel Leceta, have signed this agreement to confirm the commitment of both organizations to strengthen and promote mutual cooperation in innovation and technological development, pooling their knowledge and experience. All this in order to achieve common goals and contribute to the development of communities and areas of mutual interest.

In this way, the multinational technology company and the Institute will work together to identify challenges and promote innovation and technology transfer projects that respond to current and future challenges, generating innovative solutions to improve the competitiveness of our economy, making it more digital and, ultimately, benefiting society.

In the words of GMV’s general manager of Secure e-Solutions, “this agreement gives us access to a network of top-level business innovation clusters, with a national vocation and international dimension. The Innova IRV model has been developed with the aim of gaining competitiveness, attracting investment and encouraging the setting up of new technology-based companies, all of which are objectives we subscribe to. GMV is akin to all the technological lines being worked on in Innova IRV and will initially focus its efforts on initiatives related to Smart Agro, Digital Health and Cybersecurity”.

For the general director of Innova-IRV, this agreement will “strengthen the synergies between both entities, through the development of collaborative projects with the industry and the generation of new opportunities for investment in innovation”.
