Innova IRV at Transfiere 2023 edition

As an unmissable event for science, technology and innovation, the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Malaga (FYCMA) has once again hosted the Transfiere Forum, a space where, for the first time, the Ricardo Valle Innovation Institute Foundation (Innova IRV) has actively participated by promoting the participation of its members in the different areas of presentations and debates, as well as with its own stand.

Transfiere, which this year celebrates its 12th edition, has had more than 420 speakers and 500 companies from 39 countries, with Finland and Sweden, two major benchmarks in R&D&I, as guest countries. The forum has held one of its most ambitious events with a programme of contents in which topics of maximum interest for scientific and technological development have been debated around more than 80 thematic panels.

In this framework, the general director of Innova IRV, José Manuel Leceta, participated together with Laura Delgado, director of Public Funds at Deloitte Legal, Eduardo Valencia, director of Electronic Industry, New Entrepreneurship and Territorial Development of Ametic, and Juan Manuel Revuelta, CEO of Finnova, in the round table “Strategic projects for recovery and transformation (PERTE): microelectronics and semiconductors framework” held in the Innovation Room space.

During the conference, we were also able to show at the Innova IRV stand one of the latest innovations developed by the company Premo for the field of intelligent access to the vehicle via NFC.

In the more technical part of the event, our CTO, Mario Nemirovsky, also had the opportunity to present the CENIT project, focused on the planning and automated management of Smart Energy Communities, which has been developed in collaboration with Smart City Cluster, TOPdigital, LOGIKERS and the University of Malaga.

Our president, Ezequiel Navarro, participated in the round table “Specific innovation policies” held in the Science Room, with the participation of Juan Marín, vice-president of Foro de Empresas Innovadoras (FEI), Eva Pando Iglesias, director general of the Institute for Economic Development of the Principality of Asturias (IDEPA), and Aurea Rodriguez, from IND+I.

This round table will present some of the ideas that the Forum of Innovative Enterprises (FEI) and IND+I have been preparing for discussion with the Spanish Innovation System so that the next revisions of the Strategies and Plans to be formulated shortly will contain proposals that modify the present state of affairs.
