Mario Nemirovsky, CTO, and Oscar Chabrera, CFO & COO of the Fundación Instituto Ricardo Valle de Innovación – Innova IRV- visited last week the facilities of the sorting and packaging plant that the company Trops, patron of Innova IRV, has in Vélez-Málaga.
During the visit, the members of Innova IRV were able to see, first hand, the technology and machinery used in this plant, which is currently working at full capacity in the mango campaign.
Trops became a trustee of the Ricardo Valle Institute of Innovation Foundation last April, when the Food-Tech area was also created, whose vice-presidency is held by Enrique Colilles, CEO of Trops.
TROPS develops numerous research and innovation projects, as well as investments in technology along the entire agri-food chain in mango and avocado crops.
