The Ricardo Valle Institute for Innovation Foundation (Innova IRV) held a new strategic reflection session in Antequera on 9 and 10 September, bringing together members of its Executive Committee and the Foundation’s team.
The meeting continues the series of working sessions that Innova IRV has been holding to jointly assess the organisation’s evolution and define the priorities that should guide its activity in the months ahead.
Over the two days, participants reviewed the work carried out to date, shared the progress achieved and analysed those areas in which the Foundation can continue to improve in order to increase the value it generates for the companies, institutions, universities and technology centres that form part of its ecosystem.
The session also provided an opportunity to address the new challenges and opportunities arising from the current technological and industrial context, while advancing the definition of the strategic lines on which Innova IRV will continue to work to promote collaborative innovation projects and strengthen the connection between knowledge, technological capabilities and the market.
These strategic reflection sessions form part of Innova IRV’s ongoing development process, providing a space to share different perspectives, align priorities and adapt the Foundation’s activity to the needs of a constantly evolving technological ecosystem.
